Services

BetterHosting provides web hosting services including but not limited to:

• Shared web hosting
• Domain management
• Email hosting
• Database hosting
• SSL certificates

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Host illegal content or engage in illegal activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Host phishing sites or engage in fraud
• Overload or disrupt our servers or networks
• Host content involving child exploitation
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance according to your billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase

Resource Usage

Each hosting plan includes specific resource allocations. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts exceeding allocated resources
• Limit CPU and memory usage to ensure fair access
• Restrict bandwidth in cases of abuse

Backups and Data

While we perform regular backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or other circumstances.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• You may cancel at any time through your control panel
• We may terminate for violation of these terms
• We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Limitation of Liability

BetterHosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetterHosting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
